Platin Financial Group was established in 2022 as the capital market arm of Tecvest Holding. Initially tasked with managing Tecvest Holding’s publicly traded assets, the group soon expanded its operations to include financial investments, stock acquisitions, and, in some cases, the takeover of publicly listed companies in the capital market.
Platin aims to provide a wide range of financial services to Tosan Group companies, as well as individuals and businesses nationwide. To achieve this, the group plans to invest in various financial licenses and institutions within the capital market, such as brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, investment firms, and investment advisory firms.
