Sina Intelligent Market
Sina Intelligent Market Company was established in 2016 as a joint venture between Sakkook and the Bonyad Mostazafan. The company’s mission is to implement a business and supply chain financing platform for the subsidiaries of the foundation. It began its commercial operations in 2019. The main goal of the company is to launch an electronic marketplace for both retail (B2C) and inter-company (B2B) transactions, provide supply chain financing solutions, offer installment-based sales solutions for durable goods, and reduce transaction costs among the foundation’s group companies.
Some of the company’s initial achievements include implementing the Ramadan Goods Basket initiative in early 2020 (personalized for 2,300 individuals across 20 companies and 10 locations), facilitating B2B sales of essential goods to 20 companies within and outside the foundation’s group, enabling B2C sales through the DigiSina platform to more than 5,000 foundation employees, and establishing SCF infrastructure for internal supply chains within the foundation’s group.
