Introduction to Tecvest Holding Company<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Tosan Group<\/strong>, with over 25 years of experience in the field of financial and banking IT and a workforce of around 4,000 skilled and experienced professionals across various business domains, is one of the largest private technology entities in the country. The group consists of 40 subsidiary companies, each of which plays a distinct and unique role in the country’s IT ecosystem. These companies are organized under two main holdings: “Tecvest”<\/strong> and “Tecventures.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tecvest<\/strong>, as the parent company of the Tosan Group<\/strong>, oversees 25 subsidiaries and is responsible for their governance, investment, and development of new business ventures, as well as activities related to corporate governance. Tecvest<\/strong> also acts as a coordinator for the group\u2019s companies, ensuring that synergy and alignment are maintained across its subsidiaries while defining clear missions and business lines. The scope of services offered by Tecventures’s <\/strong>subsidiaries covers software and hardware solutions, as well as services in the financial, banking, payment, and e-commerce industries. Furthermore, with the establishment of the Platinum Financial Group in 2022, Tecvest’s <\/strong>operations have expanded into financial and capital markets.<\/p>\n

Tecventures<\/strong>, the venture capital arm of the Tosan Group<\/strong>, began its activities in 2018 under the name “Tecventures<\/strong>.” From the outset, ownership of some of the newly established companies in the Tosan Group<\/strong> was transferred from Tecvest <\/strong>to Tecventures<\/strong>. This move allowed for a more cohesive investment portfolio across both Tecvest <\/strong>and Tecventures <\/strong>and enabled a specialized and focused approach to the management, mentoring, and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups. In addition to overseeing the transferred companies, Tecventures <\/strong>identifies investment opportunities and potential entrepreneurs in the fields of information technology, communications, and fintech, while actively developing new businesses and companies.
