The company initially launched with a comprehensive app in the field of sports and online training, and by producing rich and valuable content, as well as partnering with the country’s top fitness trainers, Energym managed to reach over one million active users within an 18-month period. In 2023, Energym expanded its services into the field of nutrition and diet plans, aiming to complete its offering in fitness and nutrition.
A wide range of 18 diverse sports categories, including Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Gymnastics, and more, are currently available on Energym. Users can choose suitable workouts based on their personal goals, difficulty level, and physical fitness. Additionally, various nutrition programs and diets, including Fasting, Vegetarian, Ketogenic, Vegan, and customized plans, are accessible via the Energym app. Energym’s expert nutritionists adjust the diet plans based on user feedback, aligning them with the users’ physical conditions and preferences.
